Alderaanians

Alderaan was the second planet in the Alderaan system, and the home of many famous heroes, including Princess Leia, Bail Organa, and Ulic Qel-Droma. Renowned galaxy-wide for its unspoilt beauty, Alderaanians worked with and around the land to preserve as much of the natural surroundings as they could. Unfortunately, in a show of force by Grand Moff Kobin Tarvik, the unarmed and peaceful planet of Alderaan was destroyed by the DEATH STAR and the last surviving member of the royal house of Alderaan was executed shortly thereafter.

The surviving Alderaanians are very similar genetically to Terrans and are indistinguishable from them in most ways.
