Shakar Lu

Shakar Lu was a Bajoran prophet who lived during the fourth age. His Book of Sights contained a prophecy that foretold the opening of the Rift and the war between the Federation and Empire, Jedi and Sith. His prophecies were first translated by Talunar Edam and Osapu Aeretha.
